Congratulations on all of your success! You have a beautiful family and you look amazing! Who takes care of your baby while you work out? I have a 10-month-old, and needing someone to take care of her is always my reason/excuse for not exercising more. I am going to make an exercise schedule and ask a family member to watch her for me during that time. I'm just wondering what other moms do! xo

Iiana’s father usually watches her on the weekends when I workout. I tend to go early in the morning when she is still sleeping. By the time I get home, she is just waking up and it is perfect timing to cook us all breakfast!
During the week, I go to the gym right after work. I work from 8am - 4pm usually, so right after I get off, I head to the gym. I workout for about an hour or hour and a half then go pick her up. My daughter goes to family while her father and I work. On Mon, Tues, and every other Wed, she goes to my grandmother’s house and Wed,Thurs and Fri she goes to my mother in law’s house.
However, the gym I go to has a daycare, but I prefer not to take her. I don’t know how clean it is… that is the main reason.. I’d prefer her with family.

what did you do to get your abs like that?! i really want a flat tummy, but i'm not sure what exercises to do to get one
I love doing any kind of core workouts but my fav is the bosu ball ab exercise I do. It’s kind of hard to explain so maybe it would be easier if I made a video on it. Would you like me to make videos?

One thing I want to mention is that flat tummys and seeing results in your core area is solely on your diet. You want to make sure you are eating great in order to see results.
What a beauty you are! What was your start weight and current weight? Your progress is beyond admirable! Congrats.
My starting weight when I started training was 157lbs. I am now 127lbs.
However, since giving birth, I’ve lost 85lbs.
I weighed 212 when I gave birth. Holy!
