scatterthoughts asked: I have a real quick, but important question to ask you. If you were to die this very second, do you know for sure, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you would go to Heaven?

I am going to create a workout page! Stay tuned :)

Anonymous asked: Where can I start to find a good trainer? Did you sign up with one provided from a gym?

Good question. Although it is hard for me to say this as I don’t know your location or anything.. I’d say do research on local trainers or try following some health advisors in your area. The way I found my trainer is through a long time friend. She was training with him to actually gain weight (lucky, I know) haha. Her results were awesome! Once I saw her posts, I peeked through his page and Instagram to see more client results. Once I made my mind up, I went for it :)

Anonymous asked: i saw your weight loss/getting toned pic! what is your work out plan?!

I have this question a lot so I am going to create an exercise/workouts page. In the meantime, you can scroll through my blog for a little more. Be on the lookout :)

horribleheaven asked: Wow your before and after picture is amazing and really inspiring how did you do it? What was your workout routine like? (:

Thank you so much!! In the beginning it was a lot of cardio and strength training. As I progressed, I started heavy lifting. All the while, I did about 45 min-1 hr of cardio by myself when I didn’t see my trainer. Cardio was hit by running, walking, stairmaster, and boxing classes.

Anonymous asked: Hi Prissy. ^.^ Can u give me advice on how to get that belly? I'm willing to work hard but I just don't know where to start. I started doing Blogilates Beginners Calender & 30DShred yesterday since I don't have time for gym this year. Is it possible for me to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? And can you please give some advices on my diet? I'm trying to eat clean again ( I used to eat clean but I quit it and now It's really hard for me to) BTW,you look AMAZING *-*

well thank you so much! I have heard some great things about the 30DShred! With these, you should see some changes! The key is consistency! Keep at it and stay motivated.

It is definitely possible to lose weight and gain muscle all at the same time.  The most effective way to lost belly weight and get ab results is to completely change your diet and food intake. I’m sure you’ve heard of the saying, “abs are made in the kitchen”. This is completely true! Watch your intake and eat clean. You will notice a major change :)

I’ve posted my meal plan a while back so if you scroll through my pages, you can find the meal plan. I can also upload it again.

dieblastedfats asked: if u work out so often wun u get injured more easily?

You won’t get injured if you are working out properly and have the proper form for each exercise you do. Proper form is the key because this is where you see the most effectiveness. If you have any questions on the type of exercises you do, I’d research or ask a certified trainer on proper form technique.

dieblastedfats asked: Do u have any workouts you can share? Whenever i get down and not so motivated i look at ur before and after pics to remind myself. :)

OMG! That is the sweetest thing I’ve heard! I can definitely make a post of workouts that I can share. MSG me your email as well and I can send you more personal ones :)

Anonymous asked: Once you become a certified trainer, can you train me? :D

I would love to train you!! Come off anon so I know who this is!

amberrrjustine asked: Hi quick question. Did you have any cheat meals while you were doing your 90 day transformation? Thanks in advance 😊

I did not have any cheat meals!! Seriously. The only thing I had was a cup of coffee which I totally felt guilty about. To cut my sweet cravings, my trainer told me it was okay to have a green apple and a small amount of nutella. That helped a lot!
